Feather # 185 — Guinea Fowl

“In this piece, I used the gentle earthiness of the hand-made Rocky Mountain #6 pigment to create a feather that dances with soft browns and delicate purples. The transition between the hues is seamless yet quietly energetic, captured with a fluidity that suggests movement and grace. I allowed the paint to drip and splatter naturally, giving the feather an organic feel and a sense of growth and new beginnings. My brushstrokes were gentle and deliberate, layering in a way that invites a sense of awakening and promise, drawing viewers into a world of possibilities.”
