The black bear is by far my favorite Colorado animal. Living in the foothills of the mountains, locals often spot these gorgeous creatures all throughout our neighborhoods and trails. I have to remind myself how powerful bears are because all I want to do is sit and witness their every move. The bee is a nod to the connection of all things in nature.
