Feather # 240 — American Robin

“I used the earthy warmth of my hand-made pigment, Rocky Mountain #6, to create rich, sienna tones that contrast beautifully with cooler blues. My brushstrokes are gentle yet deliberate, creating soft edges that transition seamlessly from one hue to another, with a hint of splatter to add energy and life. Through the interplay of shapes and colors, my aim was to express a sense of harmony and unity, where every element seems to naturally find its place.”
